Great Escape 2007

Terms & Conditions

Your use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions

Tickets issued are subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser and promoter. All tickets will be exchanged for wristbands, which are to be collected from a pre-assigned collection point which ticket holders will be informed of in advance.

There are two types of tickets being sold for the three-day event: Delegate Passes and Gig Passes. There are certain rights that Delegate passes have over Gig passes which include priority entry at venues by joining the guest list queue, entry to Talk events, and entry into the delegates bar (location yet to be specified). Punter passes allow ticket holders access to all Great Escape gigs.

Admission into all Great Escape Events is subject to the capacity of each venue. We reserve the right to deny access to any of The Great Escape events if the venue has reached its maximum capacity regardless of the type of ticket that you hold. Please note however that Delegate pass holders will have priority to enter any events should any ticket holders exit the venue.

The promoter and event venue reserve the right to admission into any Great Escape Event, which make take health, safety and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion. The Great Escape would advise customers holding either ticket type that absolutely no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying of weapons of illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

The Great Escape reserves the right to change the line up of all of their shows. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Management cannot be held responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

The Great Escape and venue Management accept no responsibility for any personal property.

All tickets are non transferable. Ticket holders are subject to having their ticket voided should they try to share a ticket.
